Abigail Panter has always been drawn to movement, challenge, and growth. She grew up playing sports and went on to play Division I softball in college while earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She later applied that background to the performance and readiness of military personnel, partnering with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator.
While serving in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, Abigail led more than 300 personnel at the company level, planned multinational medical operations and logistics, and worked in demanding environments where resilience, discipline, and sound decision-making mattered every day. Her favorite part of that work was teaching, coaching, and mentoring soldiers.
After completing her military service, Abigail pursued formal coach training through a graduate certificate program endorsed by the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching style is adaptive and practical, helping clients build confidence, manage stress, strengthen leadership presence, and create healthier patterns that can hold up under pressure.
A lifelong learner, Abigail brings the same curiosity and energy to her own life through reading, fitness, family, and outdoor activity.
