Angela Slaughter is a student intern pursuing a master’s degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling. She facilitates narrative-focused coaching sessions that help clients explore the root causes of relational issues through a trauma-informed lens.

‍

An experienced educator and Orthodox Christian, Angela brings a distinctive whole-person perspective to her work. She draws on spiritual disciplines, mythopoetics, folktales, and art to help clients engage their stories in new ways and develop a greater sense of embodied presence and connection to place.

‍

Her approach is reflective and relational, creating space for clients to notice the patterns, experiences, and meanings shaping their current lives. Rather than reducing a person to a single problem, Angela’s work invites attention to the emotional, relational, spiritual, and embodied dimensions of change.

‍

As she continues her graduate training, Angela supports clients through coaching and supervised pastoral-care work with the goal of helping them move toward greater healing, integration, and whole-person flourishing.
