Mary-Margaret LeRoy is a professional coach and longtime ministry leader with a particular passion for helping people navigate change and transition. She has coached through Vineyard Coaching Network, Flourishing Leaders, and Vitalization Wellness, and describes coaching as the process of helping people discover the answer that is already within them and turn that insight into meaningful progress.
Her coaching background is reinforced by more than 20 years of experience in outreach and children’s ministry, where she has walked alongside people through many different stages, seasons, and forms of change. That combination gives Mary-Margaret a practical understanding of leadership, personal growth, competing priorities, and the complexity that can accompany ministry and family life.
She has received coaching training through Multiply Vineyard and Light University and is accredited by the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her work has included college students, church planters, pastors, ministry leaders, couples, groups, and individuals.
Mary-Margaret’s style is encouraging, thoughtful, and forward-moving. She helps clients gain clarity, map progress, and make decisions that align with their values and the season they are in.
