Randy Free built his career from the beginnings of a Texas rice-farming community to senior international leadership as a tax partner. Over more than 30 years in corporate life, he developed firsthand experience with executive responsibility, complex decision-making, collaboration, and the pressures that come with leading people and organizations.
Later, Randy returned to school to earn a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, adding deeper psychological and relational training to his extensive business experience. That combination shapes a coaching style that is practical, reflective, and grounded in real life. He helps clients better understand the patterns, pressures, and perspectives influencing how they work, lead, and relate to others.
Randy is particularly known for his collaborative approach. He encourages clients to become more intentionally inclusive, creatively curious, rational in their problem-solving, and compassionate in how they engage others. In addition to executive and leadership work, he supports parents and families navigating stress, communication challenges, and changing family dynamics.
His background also includes extensive church leadership and board service, as well as life and work experience across the United States, Singapore, and Australia.
